ROSEWATER SHAMPOO contains Silk Conditioners. It’s easy to use and is formulated to:
1) Gently dissolve dirt and clean hair.
2) Condition the hair and skin.
3) It is easy to rinse.
4) To be used full strength or diluted up to 20 to 1.
The formula has a double action that allows gentle full strength use without damage.
